A Carta está buscando um Implementations Specialist para integrar a equipe Enterprise. A equipe é responsável pela onboarding de novos clientes corporativos, coleta de dados históricos e pela colaboração com engenharia e produto para melhorar a experiência de onboarding, fortalecendo relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes.

Responsabilidades

Support new clients and their law firms in “on-boarding” them onto Carta – i.e., implementation of client’s capitalization table and securities on Carta. Manage large and complex datasets with high attention to detail. Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms. Maintain the quality of clients’ data throughout the on-boarding process. Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process. Work closely with product and engineering to improve the on-boarding experience for customers.

Requisitos

Proven success in a software implementations or customer onboarding role working directly with enterprise clients Microsoft Excel Wizard; fluent in index matching, VLOOKUPS, & manipulating hundreds of lines of data You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient

Great people skills – high degree of empathy and an ability to communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders
Ability to work as a team across multiple functional teams

Knowledge of finance and accounting (nice to have)
Knowledge of equity and capitalization (nice to have)
