The HR Analyst – Operations & Regulatory Training will provide operational HR support to the offshore workforce, ensuring compliance with regulatory training requirements, maintaining workforce readiness, and supporting crewing, certifications, and data management.

Responsabilidades
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to offshore population
- Manage crewing data, rotations, and headcount tracking
- Control certificates, mandatory training, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain training matrix and audit-ready documentation
- Support offshore onboarding and workforce readiness
- Interface with training providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor training according to the applicable training matrices, and coordinate training for assigned personnel
- Support with activities related to Recruitment and Selection, Promotion, Salary Review, Performance Appraisal for the offshore team
- Support with planning training, vacations, and medical exams for the offshore team (Brazilians and expatriates)
- Assist with the crew documents with the requirements of the company, the customer, Brazilian legislation, and the unit's flag
- Assist with the analysis and elaboration of the monthly control of payments of offshore employees (timesheets, overtime, daily training, and differences in function)
Requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration or other areas related
- 5 years of working experience with HR or similar positions
- Experienced in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in oil and gas companies
- Knowledge Experience with employee management systems such as Workable, Cornerstone, Drake, IFS, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of offshore operations and daily offshore routines.
- Familiarity with key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, training, and performance management for offshore teams.
