- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting decision-making processes.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
- Design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Develop talent retention and succession planning strategies.
- Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Conduct disciplinary processes and internal investigations when required.
- Ensure effective payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide relevant reports and insights.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal policies.
- Partner with legal and leadership teams on labor relations and union matters.
- Lead performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with experience leading people.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
- Generalist HR experience, including payroll, benefits, HR systems, and talent management.
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with international headquarters.
- Basic conversational Spanish is desirable.
