Responsibilities
- Coordinate M&A Projects: Lead the financial modeling and investment structuring for acquisition opportunities in Brazil and Latin America.
- Coordinate Partnership Projects: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to design partnerships and product add-ons, aiming to expand our services, enhance value offerings, and improve efficiency within core businesses.
- Coordinate Investor Relations: Prepare investor materials, establish a communication routine with investors, and focus on developing Board Decks and presentations for current and prospective investors. This role involves leading the structuring of future investment rounds, engaging in discussions with global top-tier investors, and participating in events and meetings with investors, banks, and other key executives.
- Deeply Understand the Company’s Business and Numbers: The person must possess a thorough understanding of the company's key financial and operational indicators, effectively communicating our strategy and equity story to investors and stakeholders, and ensuring accurate financial reporting for external parties.
Requirements
- Experience in financial and technology markets: Strong knowledge of financial markets, performance metrics, and experience with technology companies
- Background in Investor Relations and related areas: Previous experience in IR, Equity, Research, or strategic roles that add value
- Strategic mindset and leadership ability: Capability to represent the company in high-level discussions, address complex questions, and maintain engagement with key stakeholders
- Fluency in English (verbal and written): Essential for daily interactions with international investors and executives
- Experience in publicly traded companies and M&A (desirable): Previous experience in publicly listed companies and involvement in mergers and acquisitions processes are a plus
- Availability for national and international travel.
