Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the Executive Protection program, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, global travel policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee the planning and execution of executive missions, visits, and events, ensuring safety, efficiency, and discretion.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and response protocols specific to executive protection.
- Ensure continuous integration between EP operations, Risk Events, Monitor and Incidents Response (REMIR) team, and Intelligence teams, enabling proactive risk mitigation and contextual awareness.
- Represent EP interests during corporate planning, cross-functional meetings, and global security coordination sessions.
- Supervise and coordinate the EP Analysts and supporting staff, ensuring consistent quality, readiness, and adherence to procedures.
- Approve mission plans, route analyses, and security risk assessments prior to execution.
- Oversee real-time monitoring of executive movements during critical missions, maintaining communication with field teams and the GSOC.
- Manage relationships with trusted vendors, drivers, and security providers, ensuring compliance with the company's standards.
- Conduct and oversee briefings and debriefings before and after each mission to capture lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for any incidents involving executives during travel or events.
- Coordinate emergency response, liaising with GSOC, Corporate Security, and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Ensure all incidents are documented and reviewed through After-Action Reports (AARs), recommending corrective measures.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the maturity and scalability of the Executive Protection program.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global threat environments, travel risks, and protective security technologies.
- Partner with the Documentation, Training & QA Lead to create and deliver EP-specific training and drills.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain the quality and reliability of outsourced services.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, or security operations.
- Proven experience managing protective operations or leading an EP program in a corporate or government setting.
- Strong knowledge of protective intelligence, travel risk management, and security logistics.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Availability to support executives during after-hours missions, weekends, or international travel.
Diferenciais
- Experience coordinating multinational EP operations or working with global security teams.
- Familiarity with OSINT tools, Everbridge, and other security communication or monitoring systems.
- Background in risk assessment, defensive driving, or protective intelligence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
