Missão
Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Senior Analyst (Supply) is to provide insights, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to increase the volume of Listings and support scalable growth within economics guidelines. You will diagnose supply performance and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impact.
Requisitos
- Native Portuguese, advanced in English
- Minimum 4 years of experience in analysis/business intelligence, commercial planning or growth strategy or 2 years experience in management consulting
- Highly structured: able to break down complex problems into manageable pieces
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to extract insights from data
- Self-driven and organized, capable of leading own workstreams
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence different audiences
- Experience handling large datasets (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.)
Responsabilidades
- Analyze supply funnel performance across acquisition and conversion channels, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop analytical models and frameworks to guide supply strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency
- Conduct diagnostics to identify levers that increase property listings while respecting economics guidelines
- Partner with growth marketing, sales, agents, product, and technology teams to design and operationalize improvement initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, influencing decision-making and supporting execution
- Monitor supply KPIs, track initiative impacts, and support tactical and strategic planning
- Collaborate with the Budget Allocation team to align economics and maximize ROI
