Job Responsibilities ⦁ Brand Stewardship: Act as the primary guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and visual excellence across all internal and external materials. ⦁ Digital & Performance Design: Design and execute all digital marketing assets, including social media content, website pages, A/B tests for optimization, and promotional graphics, with a keen eye on conversion rates and performance metrics. ⦁ Presentations & Internal Assets: Create and produce compelling presentations and internal documents that communicate our brand story and key business strategies effectively. ⦁ Event & Experiential Design: Oversee the visual design for all external events, including creating event stands, booths, and all accompanying marketing collateral to ensure a memorable brand experience. ⦁ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business goals into visually stunning and effective design solutions.
Job Requirements ⦁ Experience: Proven 8+ years experience in a design role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across branding, digital, performance, and print. ⦁ Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a solid understanding of best practices for digital platforms. ⦁ Strategic Mindset: A data-driven approach to design, with a demonstrated ability to use performance metrics (like conversion rates and click-throughs) to inform creative decisions. ⦁ Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive feedback effectively. ⦁ Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
