Responsabilidades

  • Workflow Engineering: Own the automation brain ( n8n ).
  • Stack Orchestration: Deeply integrate HubSpot with Stripe, Apollo, and our internal AI tools to ensure a seamless data flow from lead to renewal.
  • Infrastructure Audit: Identify where the "pipes" are leaking.
  • Data Architecture: Maintain a clean data model that allows for high-velocity GTM experiments and usage-based expansion triggers.

Requisitos

  • Proven Builder: You have a track record of building complex, multi-step automations (n8n, Make, or Zapier).
  • You understand JSON, webhooks, and API logic.
  • CRM Power User: Advanced HubSpot architecture experience (custom objects, complex property mapping, lifecycle automation).
  • Startup Survivalist: You thrive in the "Founding" phase.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and prefer building the solution to asking for permission.
  • Global Communication: Fluent English is a must for our distributed team.
