Responsabilidades
- Ensure that invoices are processed correctly and on time, while also assisting in resolving any discrepancies.
- Create, update daily, and analyze invoice control reports, identifying bottlenecks and supporting decision-making.
- Suggest improvements to data extraction, updating, and organization processes.
- Set up and maintain budget tracking (Budget Tracker).
- Assist in creating and updating the monthly actuals report (Actual Report), ensuring consistency with the budget.
- Develop and maintain additional reports to support other departments.
- Prepare and update presentations, guides, support materials, and operational spreadsheets.
- Open and track Purchase Requests (PRs) and support Purchase Order (PO) processes, contracts, and agreements with third-party providers (TPAs).
- Work in constant contact with global and LATAM teams, ensuring alignment, resolving outstanding issues, and sustaining operations.
- Ensure that data, reports, and documentation are kept up to date and organized, guaranteeing accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of action plans aimed at improving and optimizing processes.
Requisitos
- Previous experience with financial, administrative, or operational processes.
- Proficiency in budget management and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with different departments and global stakeholders.
- Experience in global corporate environments.
- Fluent English (required).
