As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic consultant to mid and upper-level leaders, supporting the execution of the company's people strategy in alignment with business needs.

Responsabilidades
- Advise leaders on complex and sensitive HR and employment matters.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee experience and retention through feedback and action plans.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives by aligning policies and managing change communications.
- Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and diversity goals.
- Build onboarding plans for new leaders and support their integration.
- Identify workforce gaps and recommend strategic solutions.
- Consult on organizational design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Promote a performance-driven culture through education and data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR initiatives and mitigate risks.
Requisitos
- 4–6 years of experience in HR partnerships and consulting.
- Proven experience in IT area
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to diagnose issues and align HR initiatives with business strategy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all leadership levels.
- Experience in change leadership and project execution.
- Proficiency in data analysis and use of insights to inform HR decisions.
- Knowledge of employment law (US), policy alignment, and risk mitigation
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, organizational design, and diversity & inclusion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Management preferred.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
