Responsabilidades

  • Full-Cycle Executive Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their talent needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, expanding our client base and revenue.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to identify and attract top-tier executive talent.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the insurance sector.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure a strong fit for client organizations.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent pools, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data in our CRM system, generating reports and providing insights to management.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic talent consulting to clients, advising on organizational structure, talent acquisition strategies, and market best practices.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring successful placements and client satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network within the insurance industry.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of success within the insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including various lines of business, functional areas, and key players.
  • Established network of contacts within the insurance industry.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and attract top-tier executive talent.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.
