About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst/Actuarial Analyst to prepare actuarial analysis of rates and rating plans.

Responsabilidades
- Process, manipulate, and organize data for Actuarial Reserving and Pricing teams.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SAS, SQL and Excel.
- Support special data analysis projects for senior leadership.
- Identify data issues and collaborate with IT to resolve defects.
- Improve existing data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide data and insights to all actuarial areas within the organization.
Requisitos
- Experience in data management and reporting (Intermediate level).
- Proficiency in SQL (Intermediate), and Excel (Intermediate).
- Programming skills (Intermediate), with knowledge of R and Python as a plus.
- Familiarity with actuarial reserving concepts (Entry level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with IT and actuarial teams.
- Insurance background in reserving data is a plus.
