Responsabilidades
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Red House's pedagogical approach and students' individual needs
- Monitor student learning progress and implement strategies to improve engagement and performance
- Apply differentiated teaching strategies, including support for students with learning challenges
- Supervise and guide the Teaching Assistant (TA) in classroom routines, adaptations, and student support
- Ensure student safety and well-being throughout all school activities
- Maintain clear communication with coordination and families regarding student development
- Prepare lesson plans, student reports, and required academic documentation within deadlines
- Support classroom organization, student portfolios, and learning environment setup
- Collaborate with the wider teaching team, sharing relevant student information and best practices
- Participate in academic meetings, family conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Follow Red House policies and educational guidelines, ensuring alignment with school standards
Requisitos
- Degree in Pedagogy
- Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience
- 2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old)
- Nursery experience
- Classroom management
- Proficiency in English
