ABOUT THE ROLE

At VTEX, we believe in the power of data to drive strategic decisions and create smart automations that optimize our global operations. We are looking for an intern who is passionate about data, technology, and innovation to join our Data Strategy team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with tools such as Power BI, Python, and n8n, and actively participate in projects exploring the use of Generative AI to integrate and automate internal processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Automate operational processes using no/low-code tools and scripts;
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for different areas of the company;
• Support data analysis and the development of actionable insights;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects focused on efficiency;
• Participate in initiatives involving the integration of processes with generative AIs (such as using LLMs for autonomous agents, summarizations, etc.).

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or related fields);
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
• Basic understanding of Power BI (or another BI tool);
• Interest in process automation and data analysis;
• Intermediate English (reading and writing).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, publishing);
• Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or scripting in Python;
• Interest in or hands-on experimentation with Generative AI (ChatGPT, LLM-based automations, agents);
• Knowledge of databases and SQL;
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and solving complex problems.
