Responsabilidades
- Support the domains of Customer Service, Onboarding and Customer Success with actionable insights and KPI tracking.
- Develop and align Merchant Operations strategy with data-driven recommendations.
- Prioritise and manage demands from BR Operations stakeholders and lead OKR design for BR Ops, BR CX, and BR BizOps.
- Build clear dashboards, KPIs, and metrics, while working with Global Operations teams to define standardized KPIs
Requisitos
- Strong SQL, solid ETL/ELT experience, and excellent analytics and visualisation skills (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
- Proven KPI creation experience, strong data manipulation, and good Excel proficiency.
- Advanced English and communicate confidently with global teams.
- Pragmatic, customer-oriented, and handle shifting priorities while solving problems analytically.
- Self-motivated, focused on long-term solutions, and a continuous learner.
