Responsabilidades
- Design and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards across Non-Payments products (Business Account, subscriptions/collections, and electronic invoicing/DTE), ensuring clear visibility of product health across Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico
- Define minimum operational standards (SLOs, SLAs, error thresholds) together with product owners, track performance against them, and coordinate corrective actions when deviations arise
- Own key operational routines such as reconciliations, exception handling, and periodic checks, while supporting the design of new processes that improve reliability and merchant experience
- Act as the operational point of contact for external providers, using data and clear metrics to raise incidents, negotiate fixes, and prioritise improvements
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Enablement, Finance, and Support teams to deliver data-driven insights, align on improvement roadmaps, and identify opportunities for automation and better monitoring across Non-Payments products
Requisitos
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with operational or product data to identify patterns, risks, and actionable opportunities — including SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Ability to structure complex problems, set clear priorities, and translate data into decisions that teams can act on with a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders and communicating clearly and concisely, in both Spanish and English.
- Comfort working across multiple products and initiatives simultaneously, adapting quickly as priorities and products evolve.
- A proactive ownership mindset — someone who doesn't just flag problems but drives them through to resolution, with a strong focus on operational quality and reliability.
