Responsabilidades

  • Advise clients: Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language; Communicate: Communicate with partners about the on-going cases, provide regular updates on the progress and help other operation teams with the communication in Italian language; Work with systems: Utilize CRM systems and our internal databases efficiently.

Requisitos

  • English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). Italian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written). Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility. Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused. Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
