Responsabilidades

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

Requisitos

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • Experience in customer support for at least 1 year
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
