Responsabilidades
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
Requisitos
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Experience in customer support for at least 1 year
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
