- Supporting our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
- Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution
- Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Requisitos
- Multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and Portuguese)
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
