Responsabilidades
- Monitor and moderate comments, live chats, DMs, and community spaces across YouTube, Reddit, Discord, and other platforms
- Review, approve, or remove posts and comments in line with established moderation guidelines
- Apply moderation actions consistently using documented procedures
- Identify and flag trending topics, recurring feedback, and overall audience sentiment to internal teams
- Escalate issues appropriately according to internal processes
- Support live show moderation, including real-time chat oversight
- Collaborate with content, production, and support teams to enhance the overall community experience
Requisitos
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online culture
- Deep familiarity with comment sections, forums, and community ecosystems
- Experience moderating highly engaged or enthusiastic online communities
- Comfortable moderating content on YouTube, Reddit, and discussion forums
- Ability to follow documentation closely and work independently
- Reliable availability for after-hours and weekend shifts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in applying rules and processes
