Responsabilidades
- Analyze data from other games to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide communication strategies;
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to engage player communities using a strategic marketing approach;
- Support Analysts and Coordinators in creating social media content, ensuring alignment with communication strategies and brand positioning;
- Manage our Portuguese-language channels on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring a consistent and effective online presence;
- Participate in content planning and community engagement initiatives, bringing innovative and strategic ideas to foster active player involvement;
- Plan and coordinate strategic actions to promote player participation and engagement.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Availability to work on weekends and travel occasionally
- Experience with games and esports, with a strong understanding of gaming culture and communities
- Experience in project management and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online engagement strategies
- Previous experience in games/esports marketing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support strategic communication decisions.
