Responsabilidades
- Lead the full sales cycle with a strong focus on prospecting, while maintaining a clear post-sale business vision to ensure long-term client sustainability and scalability.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts in Argentina.
- Research, map, and build tailored action plans for each prospective client.
- Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across different industries and regions, adapting value propositions to specific client needs.
- Act as a Wellhub ambassador in industry forums and external events, building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Map the decision-making process of each prospect to optimize conversion across all stages of the sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Requisitos
- Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally selling to HR decision-makers.
- Previous experience across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Experience working in startup environments, with a solid understanding of scaling business models from rapid growth to operational maturity.
- Strong strategic skills, with experience leading commercial initiatives that impact brand positioning and market penetration.
- High resilience and proactivity, with the ability to perform well in challenging environments and anticipate potential issues.
- Data-driven and hands-on profile, with autonomy to work independently and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- English proficiency: Strong command of English is required.
