Responsabilidades

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) to drive retention and conversion for casino players.
  • Collaborate with the Head of CRM to execute CRM strategies aligned with Novibet's overall marketing objectives.
  • Partner with global team and lead negotiations with casino providers, resulting in favourable promotional deals.
  • Handle the rewards strategy, determining timing, amount and segmentation of incentives to maximize retention and revenue optimization.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop Casino CRM roadmaps including market opportunities, providers deals, launches and other relevant activities.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content for CRM and outbound campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies that enhance player engagement and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and manage personalized customer journeys tailored to the Casino user, ensuring targeted communications at each stage of his lifecycle using CRM tools like Optimove.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies and iterate based on results.
  • Regularly review and analyze CRM activities, generate regular reports and make actionable recommendations to improve ROI and customer experiences.

Requisitos

  • Prior experience in CRM campaign management within the i-Gaming industry or similar online industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with online Casino product is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas for CRM campaigns that can capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for campaign execution, automation, and analysis like Optimove.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
