Responsabilidades

• Work hands-on with real business data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
• Supporting the design and implementation of scalable processes
• Collaborate with experienced teams in Product, Risk, Ops, and Finance
• Applying analytical thinking to solve problems and propose innovative solutions
• Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Balance growth, efficiency, and fraud prevention in projects with visible impact

Requisitos

• Completed degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Curious, analytical, and proactive problem-solvers
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (SQL/Python is a plus, but not a must)
• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
• Motivated to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast-paced environment, developing real business impact
