Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Program.
- Identify change impacts and assess organizational readiness for change.
- Define success metrics and monitor progress to ensure change objectives are met.
- Identify and analyze key stakeholders and their influence on the change initiative.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors on change-related matters.
- Develop and execute a communication plan to ensure timely and effective messaging to all impacted stakeholders.
- Create engaging content (e.g., presentations, newsletters, FAQs) to support change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input.
- Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for the change.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify areas of resistance and potential risks.
- Monitor and measure the adoption of changes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure changes are embedded into the organization.
- Work closely with project teams, business units, and HR to align change management activities with project timelines and deliverables.
- Lead and mentor change champions or change agents within the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
Requisitos
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter), and tools.
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Understanding of project management principles and how change management integrates with project delivery.
- High level of empathy and the ability to manage resistance and conflict effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management) is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in complex environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English.

Location
- Belo Horizonte / São Paulo
Note – Candidates residing outside Bello Horizonte must be prepared to work ~50% of their time in Bello Horizonte and Barro Alto as the needs of the Project requires. The remaining 50% of their time will be on a work from home basis. The Company will cover all costs associated with travel and living expenses to/from the candidate's home location.
