Responsabilidades

  • Design, develop, implement, and execute the technical strategy necessary for product development, from SC2 to PCM4 yield trial testing through commercialization.
  • This strategy must be aligned with product concepts and portfolio needs, ensuring genetic gain both in the short and long term for breeding pipelines;
  • Collaborate with partners across Field Testing & Operations, Analytics & Pipeline Design, Product Design, Market Development, R&D, and Crop Product & Cluster Units to ensure the technical strategy for the development and deployment of new commercial products is effectively implemented;
  • Support global product development pipelines within specific maturity zones;
  • Assist in new product launches across branded and licensing businesses;
  • Partner with global regions to drive innovation projects in Precision Breeding, with a focus on l

Requisitos

  • PhD in Plant Breeding or related field, or MS with f relevant experience;
  • Advanced English;
  • Fluent Portuguese;
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Portuguese and English, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of designing experiments and analyzing results to inform decision-making;
  • Solid experience with data analysis;
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve common goals;
  • Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders through challenges and opportuniti
