Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, implement, and execute the technical strategy necessary for product development, from SC2 to PCM4 yield trial testing through commercialization.
- This strategy must be aligned with product concepts and portfolio needs, ensuring genetic gain both in the short and long term for breeding pipelines;
- Collaborate with partners across Field Testing & Operations, Analytics & Pipeline Design, Product Design, Market Development, R&D, and Crop Product & Cluster Units to ensure the technical strategy for the development and deployment of new commercial products is effectively implemented;
- Support global product development pipelines within specific maturity zones;
- Assist in new product launches across branded and licensing businesses;
- Partner with global regions to drive innovation projects in Precision Breeding, with a focus on l
Requisitos
- PhD in Plant Breeding or related field, or MS with f relevant experience;
- Advanced English;
- Fluent Portuguese;
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Portuguese and English, to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
- Knowledge of designing experiments and analyzing results to inform decision-making;
- Solid experience with data analysis;
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve common goals;
- Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders through challenges and opportuniti
