Billing Operations Intern

Location: Rio de Janeiro

Participate in the structuring, planning, and development of activities in the Billing Operations area;
Engage in the global e-commerce environment with top experts in the market;
Accurately register contracts in the billing module of the platform;
Timely issue invoices to enhance the company's cash flow efficiency;
Support area processes with accuracy and precision to drive procedural improvements and reduce manual activities through automation;
Help identify improvement opportunities and generate insights to enhance the accuracy of reported numbers, protect, and maximize company revenue;

A college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Someone based in Rio - this is a hybrid position;
Possess analytical and systemic thinking to design simple solutions for complex problems;
Interested and quick to learn new tools or languages if necessary;
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality;
Proficient in English;
An advanced user of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge and curiosity about Microsoft Power BI or other BI software is a plus;
Organized and self-motivated to work in an environment with significant autonomy and a flat hierarchy;
Comfortable working with operational routines while aiming to create automated standardization mechanisms to eliminate process errors.
