About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Risk Management Lead to join Nubank's global Model Risk Management team and drive AI risk governance across the organization.

- Strong background in risk management, compliance, and governance.
- Deep understanding of modern AI/ML technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) and their risk implications.
- Strong project management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
