Responsabilidades

• Atuar em incidentes L2/L3: triagem, mitigação, RCA e hotfix com rollback;
• Corrigir e otimizar microsserviços Python (Flask/FastAPI) e apoiar ajustes em .NET 6 e React (frontend);
• Gerenciar mensageria (AWS SNS/SQS, ZeroMQ, DLQ e reprocessos);
• Otimizar queries e migrations em Oracle;
• Manter e versionar manifests e deploys via Argo CD;
• Criar e ajustar pipelines CI/CD no Azure DevOps;
• Implementar observabilidade com Dynatrace (tracing) e Grafana Loki (logs estruturados);
• Gerenciar segredos com Azure Key Vault;
• Documentar procedimentos operacionais e apoiar sessões de shadow / reverse shadow.

Requisitos

• Experiência em Python 3.10/3.11 (Flask, FastAPI);
• Conhecimento em .NET 6 e React;
• Experiência com mensageria AWS SNS/SQS e ZeroMQ;
• Conhecimento em Oracle (queries, tuning e migrations);
• Vivência com Argo CD e AKS (deploys e rollbacks);
• Experiência com Azure DevOps (pipelines CI/CD) e Azure Key Vault;
• Experiência em observabilidade (Dynatrace, Grafana Loki, logs e tracing);
• Boa comunicação, perfil colaborativo e atuação em squads ágeis;
• Disponibilidade para regime de sobreaviso, em rodízio a cada 3 dias (dias úteis 18h–23h / não úteis 10h–22h).
