Responsabilidades
- Apoiar a organização e os times na adoção e evolução de práticas ágeis, alinhadas à estratégia do negócio;
- Atuar como agente de mudança cultural, promovendo valores e princípios ágeis em todos os níveis;
- Facilitar a integração entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia, removendo impedimentos e fortalecendo a colaboração;
- Orientar e oferecer mentoria para Scrum Masters, Product Owners e líderes, apoiando no desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades;
- Conduzir ou apoiar cerimônias ágeis (Plannings, Reviews, Retrospectivas, Dailies) garantindo propósito, foco e resultados efetivos;
- Introduzir técnicas de facilitação para promover engajamento e participação ativa;
- Estimular e implementar práticas de melhoria contínua em processos, produtos e equipes;
- Definir, acompanhar e analisar métricas ágeis, identificando gargalos e propondo soluções que impulsionem valor;
- Atuar como parceiro estratégico, apoiando na priorização de iniciativas e na maximização de resultados para o negócio.
Requisitos
- Experiência sólida em transformação ágil em diferentes níveis da organização.
- Conhecimento aprofundado em Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS ou outras abordagens ágeis.
- Habilidade em facilitação, coaching e mentoria de times e lideranças.
- Capacidade analítica para definição e acompanhamento de métricas.
- Excelente comunicação, influência e habilidade de negociação.
- Vivência em ambientes que envolvam integração entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia.
