Responsabilidades
- Identify Customer's needs, doubts, compliments, suggestions, and complaints, seeking to solve them in the first contact.
- Fulfilled the Customers' complaints and work together with the integrated areas, for a shared understanding and vision of business needs and strategies.
- Act and update the FAQs (frequently asked questions) to share the information with all parties involved.
