Responsabilidades
- Monitor and drive 3PL KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time dispatch rate, damage rate, and operational efficiency;
- Control warehouse-related costs and validate billing from 3PL providers;
- Coordinate warehouse capacity planning and layout optimization when required;
- Manage transportation execution, dispatch coordination, and logistics exception handling;
- Align closely with internal parts team and external logistics partners to resolve urgent or critical cases;
- Provide regular operational analysis reports to management;
- Push continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners.
