Responsabilidades
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and expense documentation.
- Manage the internal vehicle pool: scheduling, usage logs, fuel control, and maintenance reminders.
- Support after-sales projects by tracking timelines, documenting progress, and following up on tasks.
- Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and customer visit logistics.
- Assist in expense reports, purchase requests, and monthly budget controls.
- Maintain department records, contracts, reports, and documentation archives.
- Support cross-functional communication with finance, HR, logistics, and external vendors.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal workflow standardization.
