• Provide overall administrative management for the Legal department, ensuring organized workflows and smooth daily operations.
• Track contractual deadlines and renewal dates, guaranteeing timely action and risk mitigation.
• Control vendor payments, verifying accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Distribute tasks to team members, balancing workloads and maximizing productivity.
• Monitor and approve departmental expenses, keeping costs within budget.
• Directly manage liability insurance policies and employee benefits programs, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to regulations.

Key skills and experience for this role:
- Prior experience supporting a legal team or a department is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
