Responsabilidades
- Lead a team of 10 professionals, driving development and high performance
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting balances and monthly closing
- Present monthly results to the board
- Review and enhance operational policies and procedures
- Prepare and manage Central Bank regulatory reports (CADOCs, Annual Census, SCE-IED, etc.)
- Monitor IASB and Central Bank requirements to ensure compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Coordinate BRGAAP and IFRS financial statements
- Support internal and external audits, SOX, compliance, and internal controls
- Conduct accounting, regulatory, and risk analysis for strategic decisions
- Manage Capital, Basel, ICAAP, and risk indicators
Requisitos
- Strong experience in financial institutions and accounting
- Proven team leadership and performance management
- Expertise in financial statements, balance sheet, closing and risk management
- Experience with Regulatory Capital, Basel, and ICAAP
- Analytical, proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory)
- Active CRC
