- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LATAM markets.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to support hiring demands.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize pipeline and hiring outcomes.
Requisitos
- Strong experience recruiting across LATAM markets
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven expertise in sourcing and pipeline management
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
