Our partner is looking for a Senior Developer Android/Agentes de IA based in Brazil.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain Android mobile applications for a large-scale SuperApp platform, ensuring high-quality and reliable deliveries.
- Contribute to the modernization and redesign of existing mobile experiences while preserving and improving current functionalities.
- Apply AI-driven development practices by creating and using intelligent agents to optimize software development workflows and processes.
- Work with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality.
- Utilize AI development tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs to support productivity and innovation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, build, and improve solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Integrate and manage development workflows using DevOps and project management tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Solve complex technical challenges independently while adapting to evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate with teams working across multiple repositories and modules, ensuring efficient development processes.
Requisitos
- Strong professional experience in Android mobile development with solid knowledge of Kotlin and Android development frameworks.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-level mobile applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and experience developing or applying AI agents to improve development processes.
- Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Experience working with multi-repository development environments and dependency management tools such as Cocoapods or SPM.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices.
- Excellent communication skills, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with backend development using Java is considered a plus.
