Lead complex data and AI programs as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring successful execution and measurable business outcomes.
Translate client strategies into clear roadmaps, delivery plans, timelines, and priorities while balancing scope, quality, resources, risks, and business objectives.
Coordinate multi-location teams, including technical leads, architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure delivery alignment and operational excellence.
Partner with technical teams to connect solution delivery with customer goals, business impact, and measurable value.
Manage program financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, utilization, margins, project burn, and change control processes.
Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks and variances, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, providing clear updates, strategic recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
Manage customer escalations and complex project challenges in collaboration with delivery and commercial teams.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, particularly across AI, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.
Provide account health insights covering financial performance, project progress, adoption metrics, and key blockers.
Support a strong delivery culture by mentoring project managers and consultants and contributing to improved delivery practices.

Proven experience managing client-facing programs and working directly with executive stakeholders in consulting, technology, or professional services environments.
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or similar roles overseeing complex initiatives involving timelines, budgets, scope, and resources.
Experience managing multi-workstream projects involving data platforms, analytics, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
Strong understanding of Agile and iterative delivery methodologies, with familiarity with Waterfall approaches.
Background in AI, data, and analytics projects, including knowledge of modern data ecosystems, cloud platforms, business intelligence solutions, and ML/LLM technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously while maintaining accountability for delivery performance.
Experience managing remote and multi-regional teams.
Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make data-informed decisions.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
PMP and/or CSM certifications are strongly preferred.
