As a Product Manager focused on Progressive Web Apps, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products that create meaningful user experiences and business value.

Responsabilidades
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and post-release optimization.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, actionable specifications, and prioritized tasks for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
- Define product priorities by analyzing user behavior, performance data, and business objectives to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Monitor product performance after launch to ensure delivered solutions create measurable user and business impact.
- Continuously improve product processes, communication, and decision-making frameworks to support effective execution.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with experience working on Progressive Web Apps or similar digital products.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing feature delivery from concept to launch with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and structure information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to understanding challenges and evaluating solutions.
- Organized and execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver impactful results.
- Ownership mentality with the confidence to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced product environment.
