Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Field Engineers across Presales and Professional Services
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers
Support the team in solving complex customer challenges through solution architecture, technical design, and delivery expertise
Coach and mentor engineers
Monitor team health indicators, identify development opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Establish and maintain disciplined engineering processes, delivery practices, and organizational standards
Represent the team and its products to customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and other leadership groups
Develop and promote effective engineering and organizational practices across the wider organization
Plan, track, and manage progress against agreed goals, customer engagements, and strategic projects
Participate actively in the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders to align priorities, execution, and business objectives

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Exceptional academic performance at both high school and university level
Extensive experience with embedded Linux, including Yocto or comparable technologies
Strong Linux expertise, with experience in Debian or Ubuntu considered particularly valuable
Fluency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust
Experience managing or leading a small technical engineering team, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop engineers
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing technical roles and complex technology engagements
Strong understanding of how technology can deliver measurable business benefits
Excellent written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across distributed, multicultural teams and multiple time zones
Results-oriented mindset, strong personal accountability, and a consistent ability to meet commitments
Curiosity, flexibility, humility, and a willingness to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving technical environment
Experience with RTOS technologies is an advantage
Additional programming languages or professional fluency in other human languages are desirable
Previous experience working in a remote-first, diverse, and globally distributed organization is considered a plus

Willingness to travel internationally for in-person team events approximately 2–4 times per year, typically for events lasting 1–2 weeks, as well as occasional customer or external engagements
