Responsabilidades
- Managing and expanding a Design System
- Creating standards that empower designers, developers, and product teams
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define components, documentation, accessibility practices, and design operations processes
- Defining and managing Design Tokens
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving core component libraries in Figma
- Establishing and applying digital accessibility guidelines based on WCAG principles
- Performing technical validation and usability testing of components and design solutions
- Preparing and facilitating handoff processes
- Creating and maintaining accessible documentation
- Planning and executing communication strategies for new Design System releases
- Developing workshops, training sessions, and educational materials
- Collecting feedback from stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyzing adoption metrics and user feedback to propose experiments, improvements, and strategic evolution initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to optimize design workflows through automation and innovative approaches
Requisitos
- Design Operations professional with experience in Design Systems, component libraries, and collaborative product environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document decisions, educate teams, and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively with design, development, engineering, and product teams
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience creating, maintaining, and updating components, libraries, Design Tokens, and variables
- Knowledge of Design Token structures, including semantic naming, theming, and scalable design system foundations
- Experience applying digital accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines
- Ability to create clear and effective documentation for components, behaviors, and design guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage initiatives, priorities, and continuous improvements
- Basic front-end knowledge is desirable to support feasible solutions and improve collaboration with development teams
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools or creating automations to optimize design processes and increase operational efficiency is considered a plus
