Collaborate with the development team to define technical solutions that address business and product requirements
Analyze the current technical landscape critically, identifying opportunities for improvement
Support the team during production incidents by investigating problems, identifying root causes, and helping implement definitive solutions
Strive for excellence in deliveries by creating acceptance scenarios, developing unit tests, and applying appropriate software quality practices
Create and maintain technical project documentation, including API contracts
Contribute to the development of scalable, resilient, and well-integrated applications across both Backend and Frontend layers

Demonstrated experience with Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, design patterns, and widely adopted software architectures
Experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with development frameworks and platforms, particularly Node.js, Express.js, and React
Experience working with both transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB
Experience creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ, as well as understanding asynchronous communication patterns
Experience managing releases, version control with GitLab/GitHub, and CI/CD-related development and deployment practices
Experience applying software quality practices such as unit and integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming
Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, with Jira knowledge considered desirable
Knowledge of AI-assisted software development practices and tools
