Responsabilidades

  • Supporting our Spanish and Portuguese-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
  • Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution.
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.

Requisitos

  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish and Portuguese).
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently.
