Responsabilidades

  • Provide exceptional customer support via emails
  • Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Troubleshoot technical products and applications
  • Provide product guidance and support sales-related inquiries
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of issues
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

Requisitos

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 6–12 months of experience in customer support within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical environment
  • High level of technical proficiency and comfort working with digital tools
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CRM or help desk systems
  • KPI-driven mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
