Supporting active sourcing and market mapping of technology professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, based on role requirements and candidate profiles.
Conducting initial candidate outreach and assisting with interview scheduling alongside Talent Acquisition professionals.
Supporting candidate screening processes and standardizing resumes according to internal recruitment guidelines.
Maintaining accurate candidate pipelines within recruitment systems, ensuring candidate statuses are updated throughout the hiring process.
Developing recruitment expertise by participating in interviews and learning how to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.
Collaborating with the recruitment team to improve processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Managing multiple candidate interactions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills, especially for candidate outreach through messages and emails.
Genuine curiosity about technology and willingness to learn about different technical stacks, roles, and seniority levels.
Ability to build connections quickly and communicate effectively with diverse professionals.
Motivation to learn, grow, and develop a consultative approach to recruitment.
Previous experience with sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or LinkedIn Recruiter is considered a plus.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is an advantage.
