Requisitos
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in the travel industry.
- Overseeing the end-to-end process of API optimization.
- Experience managing RESTful and/or SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Experience with travel technology integrations, including GDS, NDC, CRS, PMS, Channel Managers, and OTA connectivity.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Kibana.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing technical vendor relationships and cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Fluent English, Spanish or Portuguese is desired, other languages are a plus;
